Great service

I had Michael at my home to look into a major condensation leak draining inside my AC closet. He did a full evaluation of my system, and not only did he clear out my condensate lines, but he removed all debris from the drain pan, and pointed out issues that I wasn’t aware of. Michael was extremely thorough, performed the repairs quickly, and explained all of his findings. I’ll definitely use Shafer from now on.
