JP came to our home for emergency service call within an hour of calling Shafer Services. He was kind and knowledgeable while diagnosing the problem with our water heater. He was able to get our part covered under the warranty and went above a beyond to help us out.

The tech that came out was very friendly, professional, and understanding. He was on time and called me to get some more information so he would know what to expect when he got here. I thought was a good thing to do. I love how the tech was not pushy on sell a new system. Also I will definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a great plumber to use.

I have been using Shafer Services Plus for several years now. Recently they serviced my air conditioning system and restored service to the app I use to control my system. The technician was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Shafer Services Plus for air conditioning and plumbing service.

Very impressed , service like this doesn't exist anymore! We had no hot water at our home and it being the thanksgiving holiday the part needed to repair water heater would not be in until 1-2 weeks, but plumber John Beron still came out and said he wanted to fix the problem temporarily so that me and my family could have hot water during the thanksgiving holiday! Then he said there would be no charge for the temporary service to get us through the holiday, i was shocked , great service like that is just unheard of now days. Thanks again for everything and the amazing service from John and Schafer plumbing!

The commercial account manager Braden is completely unprofessional. Sent several emails requesting service, and he completely ignored them despite follow ups. No concept of customer service.
