• Won't turn on. This usually means a tripped circuit breaker or a problem with the thermostat. Your thermostat is the brain of your system, so if it doesn't work, your heat pump won't even run.

Frequent heating cycles (turning on then off every few minutes) could mean several things, including thermostat or airflow issues.
