Full Job Description

SHAFER SERVICES PLUS, a leader in home services in San Antonio, is adding a part time Customer Service Representative to our family. This team member will support the organization by answering inbound customer calls, efficiently and effectively capturing customer information and answering customer questions. They will also coordinate availability with our dispatchers to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
