We moved into a home with a water softener and we have no experience with water softeners. Turns out it was a do it yourself softener and industrious previous owner had installed. We wanted someone to come out and look at it and tell us if it was working and what the heck we do with it going forward. Tyler came out and gave it a look over and told me what to do and how to maintain it. I asked a lot of questions and he was friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend Shafer 100% and will be using them for a new water softener when this hack model finally gives out on us. We’ve also used them for HVAC services since and they’re always professional and reasonably priced.
