Gabriel, my technician, called when he was on his way. Even at the end of a workday, Gabriel had a neat and professional appearance. He was super knowledgeable and a real problem solver. He pointed out a couple of items related to the issue I called in with but was honest and said they didn’t require immediate attention. The real issue was drain line related and he addressed the problem at the inside unit and on the outside to make sure we wouldn’t experience water dripping from our ceiling again. He explained everything he was going to do and his plan remedied our problem. When my A/C requires service again, I will definitely be calling Shafer Services Plus. Thank you Gabriel for your fast and friendly service.
