Franc went above and beyond with multiple plumbing issues I was having.  He found the clean out drain when I could not and cleared the obstruction 60 ft. from my house.  He then repaired the rock pathway I had dug up trying to find the drain.  He checked faucets and cleared drains in one bathroom.  He fixed a toilet and a stuck cold water faucet in another. Diego was extremely professional and honest. I’m so glad I found someone who didn’t try to swindle me like others have in the past. I also appreciated his honesty about another question I had. He gave me a realistic answer and explained why it wasn’t something that could be done (I mean….it could but it would be a headache), which was a relief. Other plumbers told me it was possible and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg.

I’ve had my tankless water heater flushed annually in the past, so I was happy to hear there wasn’t much buildup. Keep up with your annual flushes, everyone! Preventive maintenance makes a difference!

Wow. They were pretty quick to get here and save me from a night without air conditioning. And the serviceman was still friendly at 9:00 at night.
