- HVAC System Inspection & Report = $65 per unit
We will report if the system is up to code according to manufacturers specs, if it is running efficiently, clean and if there are any warning signs of major repairs. Regularly priced at $189. - Whole Home Buyers Plumbing Inspection BASIC = $129
This package includes a hydrostatic test (on the main water line), and full plumbing safety check. Regularly priced at $180. - Whole Home Buyers Plumbing Inspection ADVANCED = $250
This package includes a hydrostatic test (on the main water line), sewer camera inspection and full plumbing safety check. Regularly priced at $767. - Sewer Camera Inspection (with cleanout) = $195
This inspection is looking for separation, backfall, roots and pipe condition/erosion. Price is based on an accessible cleanout in the home. Regularly priced at $396. - Sewer Camera Inspection (with pull and reset toilet) = $350
This inspection is looking for separation, backfall, roots and pipe condition/erosion. Price is calculated when no cleanout exists on a two-story home. Regularly priced at $781.
