Shafer does wondeful work. Diego was polite and friendly. He explained everything.

Dustin was very patient kind and professional with me. He made sure that I understood and was explained everything that I needed to know about the condition of the AC unit. I cannot thank him enough for being so kind with me. I cannot think Shafer enough for the service. I am continuing to save for the extension of my heating system downstairs. Thank you.

Franc went above and beyond with multiple plumbing issues I was having. He found the clean out drain when I could not and cleared the obstruction 60 ft. from my house. He then repaired the rock pathway I had dug up trying to find the drain. He checked faucets and cleared drains in one bathroom. He fixed a toilet and a stuck cold water faucet in another. The whole time he kept me informed and answered all of my questions.

Diego was extremely professional and honest. I’m so glad I found someone who didn’t try to swindle me like others have in the past. I also appreciated his honesty about another question I had. He gave me a realistic answer and explained why it wasn’t something that could be done (I mean….it could but it would be a headache), which was a relief. Other plumbers told me it was possible and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg.

I’ve had my tankless water heater flushed annually in the past, so I was happy to hear there wasn’t much buildup. Keep up with your annual flushes, everyone! Preventive maintenance makes a difference!

Frank was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire service call. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was completely transparent about the services needed and the pricing involved. There were no surprises, and I truly appreciated his honesty and expertise. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumber who provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend Frank!

This is the second time I’ve used Shafer for major services and installation. They have been quick to respond, timely with scheduling, reasonable and sensitive with payment options, consistent with follow ups and do clean work. Andy, our technician, is always welcome here.

Wow. They were pretty quick to get here and save me from a night without air conditioning. And the serviceman was still friendly at 9:00 at night.
