Did you know that Shafer Services Plus offers commercial services? We take care of HVAC and plumbing needs for businesses across San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Over the past five years, the commercial division of Shafer Services Plus has grown at over 40% per year. This unprecedented growth positioned Shafer to support the hiring of four new experienced team members and continue to fill the growing demand for quality commercial services in San Antonio and Central Texas.
“We’re honored that so many San Antonio businesses have turned to Shafer Mechanical for commercial HVAC and plumbing services,” said Chase Anderson, President and CEO of Shafer Services Plus. “Our approach of assembling a team of highly talented individuals that are all laser-focused on customer service has been well received by decision makers in our market and has given us the opportunity to grow our organization.”
Industry veteran, Jimmy Sewell, has been hired as Commercial Vice President for Shafer Mechanical. Jimmy has more than 45 years of HVAC and leadership experience. More importantly, his values align with how Shafer wants to do business.
“After spending some time looking for the right home to continue my career, it quickly became apparent that Shafer Mechanical would be the best fit,” said Sewell. “The team at Shafer has done an impressive job building their commercial platform over the past five years. I have a calling to coach others and share with them what I’ve learned over the past 45 years and I’m excited to be working with an organization that will allow me to do that effectively.”
Joining Jimmy will be Shafer’s new Commercial Service Manager, Chris McCracken; Commercial Account Manager, Kenny Morgenroth; and Commercial Account Manager, Braden Berry.
Meet Shafer’s newest editions to the commercial leadership team:

I work with friends.” His daily goal is to make Shafer Mechanical the best service provider in Texas, bottom line. He does this by providing solutions for customers and ensuring a great working environment. Jimmy is a member of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and has served in the local chapter of Air Conditioning Contractors of America.
