Two Historic Companies Become One Big Family! 

For decades, our teams have had a mutual respect for one another’s history, skills, and dedication to putting customers first—so you can imagine our delight in uniting to become San Antonio’s preferred option in plumbing and HVAC services.

The catalyst for our partnership is Robi Jalnos’s upcoming retirement. After 40 years serving San Antonio as President of Steve’s Plumbing, he is preparing for a much-deserved retirement. However, before Robi retires, he wants to ensure that the customers he values so dearly will be well cared for.

Established in 1884, Shafer Services Plus is San Antonio’s oldest HVAC and plumbing company. More importantly, Shafer is highly rated and shares Steve’s Plumbing’s dedication to exceptional service, expert knowledge, and company values.

Robi will be working with the united Steve’s Plumbing and Shafer Services Plus teams for the next three years to ensure that all of his knowledge is shared amongst the new team.
