Over the past five years, the commercial division of Shafer Services Plus has grown at over 40% per year. This unprecedented growth positioned Shafer to support the hiring of four new experienced team members and continue to fill the growing demand for quality commercial services in San Antonio and Central Texas.
Shafer Serves is our philanthropic program dedicated to providing free HVAC and plumbing services to people and non-profits in need. It’s our way of thanking and caring for the communities we call home.

During Women’s History Month, Shafer Services Plus is recognizing the achievements of women who have made today’s HVAC and plumbing industries possible. Women like Alice H. Parker, who invented a natural gas furnace in 1919, and Lillian Baumbach, who became the first licensed female plumber in New York City in 1915.
